With fifteen years of experience in healthcare management, leadership, and research, Dr. Katherine A. Meese is an award-winning scholar and author in the field of organizational behavior. She is on a mission to use science to help healthcare leaders keep their people and keep them well through consulting, research, and training.

Dr. Meese has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and has served as a co-investigator and evaluator on multi-million dollar grants. She is a frequent keynote speaker, delivering over 130 workshops and keynotes across the globe. Her passion is to translate data and research into practical tactics that real leaders can use right now from anywhere they sit within the organization.

She also serves as a faculty member at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Health Services Administration and advisory board member for Belmont University Frist College of Medicine Collaborative for Health Systems Innovation.
