Michael W. Link, Ph.D., is the Founder of Michael Link Leadership Consulting, where he helps leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. With over thirty-five years of experience spanning academia, government, nonprofits, and the private sector, he has led organizations through transformation in roles including CEO of Abt SRBI and Division Vice President at Abt Associates. He also directed global innovation and data science initiatives for more than a decade at Nielsen and contributed to significant public health research at the CDC. A former President of the American Association for Public Opinion Research, he believes leadership is service, not status. Michael has trained and mentored thousands worldwide, helping leaders strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and lead with purpose every day.
