Jacques de Bombelles has never quite grown out of believing in Christmas, magic, or dragons. (In fairness, who would want to?) A lifelong lover of snow-dusted nights, glowing hearths, and stories where hope wins in the end, Jacques spends every December surrounded by twinkle lights, stacks of books, and at least one cup of cocoa that’s gone cold while writing.
When not dreaming up elves, paladins, and fire-breathing friends in festive sweaters, Jacques can usually be found adding “just one more” ornament to the tree, or planning next year’s decorations before this year’s snow has even melted.
Jacques' first novel, A Tale of Mistletoe & Magic, is a love letter to warmth in winter, to magic that lingers in quiet corners, and to anyone who still believes dragons might just help Father Christmas deliver presents—if only someone would ask them.
