Jeffrey R Ballard

I. Jeffrey Ballard is originally from Montgomery, Alabama but after serving four years in the Marines and seven years in the Navy. I settled in Virginia Beach. I'm a widowed father of six children who are now all grown adults. I began writing long hand in the early 1990's. I wrote a few screenplays and actually began the writing of my first published novel titled Forever Reunited. This novel The Marriage Commissioner is the first writing I've ever done on a computer. I got my love for romance from my mother at an early age watching classic love movies and even to this day romance is my favorite genre. I plan on publishing many more romance novels in the future.
