Stephen Herzog

Stephen Herzog is Professor of the Practice at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. He is an Associate of the Harvard Kennedy School's Project on Managing the Atom. Dr. Herzog received his PhD in Political Science from Yale University and is a former U.S. Department of Energy nuclear arms control official.
