Robert Esposito

Robert Louis Esposito is an award-winning American author, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized authority on life transitions. He is the Founder of the Nobody Move™ brand and the architect of the Nobody Move Consumer Advocacy Professional Standard, a developing framework designed to protect consumers and professionals during the most vulnerable phases of major life transitions.

Born and raised on Long Island and in Queens, New York, Robert grew up in a family rooted in public service and small business. His father, a New York City firefighter, and his mother, the founder of one of Long Island’s earliest estate sale companies, shaped his early understanding of responsibility, care, and service. A deeply personal experience relocating his grandmother during a serious illness became the catalyst for his lifelong work in transition services.

Robert holds a degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York, with interdisciplinary studies in psychology, sociology, acting, and theology. This background informs his human-centered approach to business and storytelling. In 2008, he founded Relocators, a comprehensive home transition company that has since grown into a respected multi-division operation providing moving services, estate sales, clean-outs, storage, restoration pack-outs, and transition support for families, businesses, real estate professionals, and insurance partners.

In January 2025, Robert released his debut book, Nobody Move (Without Reading This), published by Red Penguin Books. Part memoir, part guide, and part emotional blueprint, the book explores what happens after the transaction ends—when people are left to navigate emotional and logistical disruption without structure or advocacy. The book has received national recognition, including an International Book Award, and is available through Amazon and major retailers.

Robert is a sought-after speaker who has delivered hundreds of presentations to audiences across real estate, business, and leadership communities. He previously served as a Regional Director for Business Network International (BNI), where he trained entrepreneurs on relationship-based growth and organizational leadership. His work has been featured by outlets including Newsday, News 12, Business News, and national podcasts and panels.

Through the Nobody Move™ brand and the Consumer Advocacy Professional Standard, Robert’s work focuses on defining responsibility where it has historically been undefined—after contracts are signed, deals are closed, and people are expected to “figure it out.” His mission is to replace improvisation with structure, and silence with advocacy.

Robert lives on Long Island with his wife and children. To him, home represents safety, continuity, and dignity—and his work is dedicated to helping people preserve those values during life’s most disruptive moments.
