Cathy Presto

Cathy Presto is a counsellor, spiritual healer and coach, homeopath, herbalist and a meditation teacher of many years experience.

Guided by a deep commitment to helping others awaken their own inner healing wisdom, she supports people through life's thresholds- grief, change and transformation as a compassionate witness and practitioner.

Her path has taken her across the world from a childhood in West Africa to journeys with shamans in Peru and New Zealand and time with healers in Brazil and the UK. These experiences have shaped her understanding of how spirit moves through all cultures and how love and loss are woven into the same sacred fabric of life.

Her vision is to help others to live from the heart whilst walking in harmony with their higher self- in service to the divine for the greatest good of humanity.
