Ritu M. Uberoy is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 25 years of experience in the software and IT industry across the U.S. and India. As the Founder of Saviance Technologies and Managing Partner at BigRio and Damo Consulting, she has delivered transformative digital solutions to clients across healthcare, life sciences, and other sectors.

Ritu is a recognized voice in the healthcare innovation ecosystem and serves as the host of The Big Unlock—a widely followed podcast that features insightful conversations with healthcare CIOs, CDOs, and other senior leaders. Through these dialogues, she explores critical trends shaping the digital health landscape, including artificial intelligence, digital front doors, and data-driven care delivery.

Ritu heads the Generative AI Center of Excellence at BigRio. She is at the forefront of helping healthcare organizations explore and implement GenAI-driven transformation. She also spearheads the DigiMTM Digital Maturity Model and Assessment at Damo Consulting, helping provider and payer organizations evaluate and accelerate their digital journeys.

A passionate advocate for applied AI education, Ritu has hosted and facilitated GenAI webinars, workshops, and in-person events with healthcare executives and innovators across Boston, Cleveland, Houston, and other major healthcare hubs. She has successfully taught GenAI concepts in both academic and executive settings, making the complex content both accessible and actionable.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology (now NSIT), a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, and participation in the Fellows Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed prestigious executive programs in AI for Health Care from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
