Born from hardworking Connecticut roots, I learned self-reliance the old-fashioned way: by failing. That ability to embrace failure as a teacher became my greatest gift, fueling my transformation from an employee to an entrepreneur.

Today, my mission is to empower those who feel victimized by their circumstances. As a lawyer, coach, and entrepreneur, I've built multiple six- and seven-figure businesses. My law firm, which I grew from three to almost eighty people in three years, is set to eclipse the eight-figure mark and has recovered millions for clients.

I live a life of "hypothesis thinking," where there is no failure, only data. I believe discomfort is the key to growth and that barriers are just signs teaching us to shift. Grounded by my wife, inspired by my daughters, and honoring my parents, I've built everything on one simple truth: The only way to change your life is to JUMP!
