Sol Alé Jini

I’m Sol Alé Jini. My name means The Light of Truth Embodied. “Sol” reflects light, source, and wholeness. “Alé,” drawn from the Greek word Aletheia, means truth and unveiling. Together, my name reflects my life’s work: helping women awaken, rise, and live in their truth. This name reflects both who I am and the message I carry into every room — that we are all capable of living fully in our truth without apology or limitation.

As a Spiritual Mindset Mentor, speaker, publisher, author, and the founder of the Women’s Empower Network and creator of Pearls of Wisdom by Jini, my mission is simple: to help women reclaim their voice, embrace their worth, and step boldly into leadership — not someday, but now.

For decades I’ve studied, practiced, and embodied transformational principles. I blend spiritual wisdom, mindset mastery, and real-world application to guide women toward clarity, confidence, and courageous action. Through heartfelt storytelling and practical mindset shifts, I inspire audiences to see they are more than their past, more than the roles they’ve played, and more than the limits they’ve believed.
