Shanela Parvez

Shanela Parvez is the award-winning author of the beloved Bartholomew the Badger series, ALL THE FEELS! series, All You Can Bee!, and the co-creator of Professor Potter Books, writing under the pseudonym Professor Potter. She has journeyed to remote locations across the world, from the vibrant, storied heartlands of Africa to the charming cobble-stone villages of Europe, gathering lore and wisdom from many cultures along the way. With a heart full of wonder and a deep love for nurturing young minds, she writes to help children grow into kind, thoughtful, and emotionally wise individuals.

Shanela is a Business Executive with the United States Department of War and holds a Master of Science from New York University and a post-master's degree from the National Intelligence University. She now resides in the whispering foothills of the Ozark Mountains with her husband, David, and their mischievous goldendoodle, Loki, who insists he’s the real hero of every story. In her spare time, Shanela enjoys riding her motorcycle to explore the great outdoors and tending to her apiary.
