Balachander Subramanian is a project management and construction advisory professional with three decades of extensive international experience in delivering and governing large-scale real estate, infrastructure and mixed-use developments.

He leads a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) practice providing advisory, planning, controls, and governance services for complex mega projects across high-rise developments, hospitality, commercial, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

In addition to consulting, he undertakes corporate training programs for industry professionals and executives, focusing on project controls, delay analysis, claims management, value engineering, ESG integration, and risk governance.

He is also an active author and publisher of professional reference books designed to support project owners, developers, consultants, and contractors in managing complex projects with greater certainty, accountability, and performance.

He is a Civil Engineering Graduate - 1995 with Post Graduation in Construction Management - 1997.
