Christopher Snook is a contemplative writer who spent more than a decade in Vancouver’s fast-paced corporate world, negotiating deals in boardrooms and chasing deadlines in a suit and tie. Somewhere along the way, he began to question the true meaning of success and fulfillment.
Leaving city life behind, Chris embraced twelve years on the land, growing food, running a farm, and learning patience through the rhythm of the seasons. Those years shaped his writing and grounded his philosophy in lived experience rather than theory.
Today, he combines that hard-earned wisdom with a deep love of reflection and storytelling. Through his books, Chris invites readers to slow down, think deeply, and find meaning in everyday life.
He now lives on Vancouver Island with his wife and daughter, where he writes, reflects, and walks the forest trails near home, drawing inspiration from the quiet of nature and the laughter of his little girl.
