Seth Deutsch

Seth Deutsch is the founder of Samson Partners Group, a firm that assist other founders and CEOs in achieving their goals. He has had the privilege of serving exceptional leaders. Seth is a proven growth leader, acting as a thesis developer, deal partner, board member, and CEO. He has a successful track record of delivering profitable growth for private equity-backed, founder/family-owned, and public companies.

Over his distinguished career, Seth has had numerous successful exits and has architected nine buy-and-build platforms, executing over 70 platform and add-on acquisitions. Prior to founding Samson, Seth held executive leadership positions at AECOM, one of the world's largest professional technical services firms, where he was the President and CEO of two multi-billion-dollar divisions. He also served as CEO of a national, private equity-backed HVAC and refrigeration services company.

He has an undergraduate degree from Rice University, and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
