Regia Sargent

Regia Sargent lived a life full of adventure — as an actress, a writer, a marine mammal volunteer, and a teacher — before creating “Charlie’s Friendly Adventures,” a collection of stories inspired by her very real, very friendly dog, Charlie. Told through Charlie’s eyes, Regia’s stories celebrate kindness, courage, and acceptance. She saw Charlie as a friend to children everywhere, who could help them see the importance of being kind and brave, while staying true to who you are.
