A seasoned Business Leader with over 40 years experience leading teams through strategic execution and reinvention across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. Business Development and developing strategic execution plans were always part of my life. As strategy transitioned from an annual budgeting exercise to one of longer range vision, what was clear is that strategy lives in the daily habits and rituals of teams. If not it sits in strategy decks and annual meetings that lead no where and are soon forgotten. I am now retired from Corporate life but engaged in various business start ups, writing leadership articles and now my first book.
