On both a personal and professional level, CC Picard has always gravitated toward working with others, particularly when setting and achieving goals. She is passionate about inspiring people to create healthier, happier lives for themselves and their families.

After working closely with the public for over forty years in both group and individual settings, she retired from seeing clients full-time to travel with her husband and continue her lifelong pursuit of writing. She is an active member of the Phoenix Writers Club and participates in several groups.

CC's first books focused on personal growth, breaking difficult habits, and building better routines, which included a guide to quitting nicotine and a self-guided fitness tracker for “out-of-shapers.”

She believes striving for quality in our daily habits is a serious lifelong practice, but embracing fun is equally important.

CC loves promoting silliness while inspiring young readers and engaging old ones, so she created a children's book series designed to uniquely spark imagination, curiosity, and positive values.

Whether writing for adults working on personal change or for children discovering the joy of reading, learning, and fostering loving relationships, her heart’s goal is to add to the magnificent library of books that make life a little better for everyone, one page at a time.
