Maria Wade

Maria Wade (Dvurechenskaya) is a senior executive coach, writer, and founder of the Leadership Integrity Group. Drawing from her executive background and nearly a decade of coaching senior leaders, she brings a rare blend of intellectual rigor, emotional depth, and grounded practicality to the evolving field of leadership. Maria helps leaders grow beyond old paradigms into greater presence, deeper purpose, and broader perspective. Her work draws from adult development theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and complexity science. She is the creator of the Leadership Integrity Framework—a human-centered approach that integrates identity, behavior, relationships, and systems thinking. In addition to coaching and writing, she mentors coaches, designs leadership programs, and researches vertical development. She lives in New York’s Hudson Valley, where she bakes for friends and her kids, hikes, and reflects on new ways to make leadership more human.
