John Casson

I was born in Geordieland in northern England, where my mother taught me to read and write long before school ever tried. That early love of words stayed with me throughout a career in finance, creating presentations, sales materials, and communication tools for teams who needed clarity and fast results.

Those years were rewarding and allowed me to retire early, trading cold UK winters for the warmth of Thailand.

For decades, I’ve helped nervous, reluctant speakers discover that confidence isn’t magic — it’s a set of simple skills anyone can learn. What frustrated me was how complicated many instructors made it: long books, expensive courses, and endless theory.

So I created the Anytime, Anywhere, to Anyone series — four short, practical steps designed as a journey to help you improve quickly:

• 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡 — the essentials of speaking with confidence

• 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 — everyday storytelling made simple

• 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 — using story to lead, sell, and succeed

• 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 — the psychology of speaking: yourself, others, and the room

Each book is friendly, concise, and supported by AI tools to help you practise anytime, anywhere. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓’𝒔 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅 completes that journey. It distils a lifetime of lived experience into a system that helps you understand yourself, the people around you, and the room you’re stepping into.

And throughout that journey, you’re never alone — your AI coach is always at your back when you need support.

My goals are simple:

• 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞 …

• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 …

• 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 …

who wants to communicate with confidence.
