Krista Cooper-Schmidt is novelist, screenwriter, and actor. Born and raised in a small town in Northern Arizona, art, in all its forms, has been a lifelong passion. With a deep love for learning and humanity, Krista aims to create art that is introspective, cathartic, and character-led. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology that she often draws on to bring the most human and believable characters to the page and screen.

When she isn't creating, Krista can be found with her wife Alea, reading, thrifting, watching movies, and spending time with their reptiles and plants.
