Meet Katie Brooks of Buona Pasta Club

Named after her parents pasta shop, Buona Pasta Club was created by Katie Brooks in San Diego to share her love for homemade pasta.

Buona Pasta Club has quickly turned into a pasta loving community where she shares the simplicity of the pasta making process, replacing intimidation with inspiration & helping others get the courage to start making pasta at home!

It all started with over 100 eggs that were to go to waste at the start of the pandemic, which was Katie’s sign to officially start her pasta company, making & selling fresh pasta around San Diego! In 2021 Katie started teaching pasta making through pasta parties and workshops, both in-person and online.

This led to her writing her very first cookbook, which teaches you how to make all your favorite shapes, with or without a machine!
