Weihan Yang

Weihan Yang is a senior movement specialist who learned that steady strength grows from patient practice, not force. After watching his mother quit three programs that ignored arthritic joints and balance fears, he reshaped Tai Chi for aging bodies.

He teaches in a plain, practical way: gentle forms and balance drills that can begin seated. No floor work. No “push through pain.” Clear large-print directions, photo sequences, and QR-linked videos show exactly what to do. He still leads classes at senior centers, refining each move from real feedback. His purpose is simple: help adults 40–85 regain steadiness, confidence, and independence, one safe step at a time at home. Each day safely.
