Christopher Hanson

Christopher Alan Hanson is a writer, coach, and contemplative whose work explores how meaning, agency, and identity are shaped over time. His perspective has been formed through lived experience, long seasons of reflection, and disciplined attention to both inner life and creative process.

After years marked by addiction and disorientation, Christopher rebuilt his life through sobriety, endurance, and faith. The loss of his brother Matt remains a quiet but enduring influence on his work, informing a continued commitment to purposeful movement, service, and responsibility.

Christopher works with individuals and groups who feel constrained by the time-for-money model and are ready to live and work more deliberately. He is the author of Deadbeat to Easy Street, The Ascent of the Silent Whole, and the Unfinished Record, with additional works forthcoming.
