Addison Kay

Addison Kay is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) educator and tutor. He graduated from McLean Hospital’s post-baccalaureate fellowship in 2023. At McLean hospital, he worked at the 3East Residential Programs where he taught groups and provided crisis coaching to adolescents with borderline personality disorder. Addison will graduate with a master’s in clinical social work from Boston College in May 2026. In his free time, Addison enjoys reading, playing board games, and rock climbing.
