Viktor Vedmich is a Senior Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), who helps engineering teams across Central and Eastern Europe design resilient, scalable cloud-native platforms. A hands-on DevOps/SRE leader since 2011, Viktor blends real production experience with clear, practical teaching.

Viktor has conducted 1,000+ technical interviews for DevOps, SRE, and platform roles—designing hiring loops, writing rubrics, and training panels to evaluate real-world Kubernetes skills. On the delivery side, he has built and operated Kubernetes platforms and advised dozens of customers on migrations, multi-tenant clusters, security hardening, cost-aware autoscaling, and GitOps—across both managed services and self-managed clusters.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and certifications in AWS and Kubernetes. A frequent conference speaker and community mentor, Viktor focuses on turning complex topics into simple, repeatable patterns you can use on the job—and in the interview room.
