A practicing board-certified internal medicine physician with a master’s degree in public health, Dr. Vaidya has extensive experience in high-risk value-based health care, including the Ambulatory Intensive Care Unit (Population Health Initiative), PACE (Program for the All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly), the Veterans Health Administration Home-Based Primary Care Program, the largest value-based program in the country, and a home-based venture capital supported value-based program. His leadership focuses on collaborative interprofessional patient-centered development enhancing quality of care for high-risk patients. Dr. Vaidya is a Colonel in the US Army National Guard with 20+ years of service including two combat tours.
