Hi, I’m Jocelyn Brooks, MSW, M.A.Ed., licensed K–12 educator, a social worker by training,and administrator, and the Founder & CEO of Ignite Futures by Jocelyn, a coaching and mentoring practice supporting youth, young adults, early-career professionals, parents, and caregivers.

I help clients build confidence, gain clarity, and take meaningful action through personalized life, career, and academic coaching—supporting them in overcoming self-doubt and reconnecting with their goals and purpose.

I am the author of From Stuck to Spark, my first book exploring themes of growth, resilience, and personal transformation.

Alongside coaching, I design and facilitate SEL programs, professional development, and workshops for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices and educational leadership.
