Chris Harrop

Chris Harrop has spent three decades with Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms, solving hard business problems with some of the smartest clients and colleagues around.

He has worked on more than 300 consulting assignments across twenty countries and served on Bain’s global board of directors. He has helped the most senior executives in large companies and small ones grow their revenues, cut their costs, transform their customer experience and beat their competitors. He has trained and led consultants at all levels, from analysts to senior partners.

Away from his corporate work, he supports a range of non-profit organisations in sport, early education and social sector innovation, as a board member, founder and advisor. Chris lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
