Cynthia Dobson

Cynthia Dobson practiced artistic gymnastics in CDMX Alberca Olímpica, one of the sites of the 1968 Olympic Games. She danced ballet in Mexico's most prestigious institute of fine arts, the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA). She is a retired, dually credentialed, English and Science teacher from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) in California where she taught Journalism and Biology to high school students. She is the recipient of the 2007 LAUSD Golden Apple Award. She currently teaches gymnastics full time at Manakoa Gymnastics Academy on O'ahu, Hawai'i.
