After the passing of his beloved wife, Jo Anne—whom he fondly called Jodie—in 2010, Richard turned more fully to writing as a way to teach, reflect, and create. His works include insightful Bible commentaries and engaging murder mystery fiction, blending a deep understanding of human nature with a storyteller’s heart. At 96 years old, Richard continues to write with purpose, passion, and gratitude for a life well-lived.
