Kathy Miller

Kathy Miller, MAPP, MBA, ACC is a senior manufacturing executive, board director, and professional coach who helps operations leaders deliver exceptional results and build cultures where people can thrive. She is Founder & CEO of MORE 4 Leaders LLC and co‑founder of OPSisters and HPHO, partnering with organizations to bring more Meaning, Optimism, and Relationships into the pursuit of Excellence.

A Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame inductee and Shingo Prize recipient for Business Excellence, Kathy has led multi‑billion‑dollar operations and large‑scale transformations in aerospace, automotive, and industrial businesses. Her previous roles include Global Vice President of Vertiv Operating System; Global Director of Manufacturing, Assembly & Test at Rolls‑Royce Defense; senior leadership positions at Parker Hannifin; and operations leadership roles at Delphi/Delco Electronics.

Kathy holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Kettering University, an MBA from Ball State University, and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an ICF‑certified ACC coach and serves as an Independent Board Director for Amsted Industries.

She is co‑author of Steel Toes and Stilettos: A True Story of Women Manufacturing Leaders and Lean Transformation Success and author of MORE is Better: Leading Operations with Meaning, Optimism, and Relationships for Excellence.
