He also contributed to the rapid growth of a membership services firm that reached #2 on the Inc. 5000 list, culminating in a successful NASDAQ IPO.
As an entrepreneur, Stephen has founded and led ventures across real estate, travel, learning and development, and publishing. He is the owner of Mindshift Learning Company, a corporate training firm delivering programs in communication, leadership, sales, time management, and conflict resolution.
With Mindshift Publishing, Stephen acts as a bridge between complex ideas and clear communication. He works internationally with executives who are ready to leverage book publishing to advance their business and careers. His approach blends speed-to-market with editorial strategy and market positioning, helping authors to achieve their publishing objectives whether it be book sales, new business development, speaking engagements, C-suite promotions or board appointments.
After beginning his career in the United States and spending several years working in London, Stephen now resides in New Zealand with his wife and partner, Sue.
