Muir Boda

Muir W. Boda is a public servant, technology strategist, and author focused on making cybersecurity and digital empowerment accessible to everyday users. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership from Bellevue University and served on the Salisbury City Council from 2015 to 2023, including terms as Vice President and President. His public service includes leadership roles with the Maryland Municipal League, the Eastern Shore Association of Municipalities, and past appointments to the Wicomico County Planning & Zoning Commission and regional task forces addressing the opioid crisis and emergency preparedness. In 2023, Muir was appointed Director of Housing and Community Development for the City of Salisbury, Maryland, where he oversees Code Enforcement, the Housing & Homeless Division, and Community Relations—including two community centers that serve as hubs for engagement and support.
