Yudha Pratama

Yudha Pratama is an author, educator, and program leader who helps organizations translate strategy into delivery. Based in Seattle, he serves as Program Director of Portfolio Governance & Operations at 2K, helping teams across technology organization to plan and deliver key initiatives.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6), Yudha previously served as President of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has co-presented at PMI conferences and industry events, sharing real world practical insights on agile transformation, portfolio governance, and adaptive planning.

Over two decades, Yudha has managed software delivery programs across the full spectrum of modern methodologies—Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP. He considers himself framework-agnostic, believing that the best approach is the one that fits the problem, not the other way around.

As a lecturer at Northeastern University, Yudha teaches graduate-level courses in project and portfolio management, Advanced Agile Project Management, and Governance, blending tried and true PMI methodology with the adaptive mindset of agile systems. His books—including The Practical Jira Field Guide, AI-Augmented Project Management, The Monkey King Project, and Daily Quote to Nourish Your Agile Soul—reflect his ongoing fascination with how people, process, and purpose intersect.

A lifelong traveler and photographer, Yudha’s work once appeared on the cover of Lottery Insight Magazine (WLS 2012). His latest creative project, Bali: Isles of the Gods, merges his love of storytelling, culture, and the visual world.
