Tim May

With a passion for simple cooking, Tim has been writing for NOSH books for over 20 years with his mother and best-selling author Joy May. His first (almost) solo title was NOSH Air Fryer in 2025 but he has been part of writing all of the NOSH titles over the years. Tim aims to inspire regular people to get into the kitchen and see how simple food is achievable in people's day-to-day lives.
