Mr. Joy Shah is Founder and Chief Consultant, Innov8 ProTech Solutions, The Sustainable and Safe Manufacturing Consultant. Formerly, he was Sr. Vice President (Head- Technical, Energy and QAQC and Functional Excellence) at Reliance Industries Ltd.

He was also a member of the IIChE Chemical Process Safety, Energy and Environment Committee from 2018 to 2025. He is a volunteer for of Loss Prevention panel member of IChemE.

Since 2018, he is consulting for Energy and Water Management, Green company advisor, hand holding for ISO 50001 certification and branding for Sustainable Manufacturing as well as Process Safety and Risk Management for Petrochemicals, Refinery, Chemicals, Energy and New Energy sectors.
