Lynsie O'Shaughnessy

Lynsie O’Shaughnessy is a former licensed veterinary technician whose love for animals and dedication to helping them started at a young age. After a few years of working in the veterinary field, she transitioned into the role of a stay-at-home mom, where she has been raising two wonderful daughters, fostering a love for reading.

Her time spent reading hundreds of books to her daughters sparked a new interest in children’s books, leading her to pursue her dream of writing. Uh-Oh’s Adventures was inspired by the whimsical adventures of her youngest daughter's beloved stuffed raccoon (named Uh-Oh). Lynsie decided to share this imaginative journey with young readers everywhere.

Despite struggling with reading and writing as a child and needing extra support in school to catch up to her peers, Lynsie never imagined that one day she would be writing her own children's book. Now, as an author, she is living a dream she never thought possible - proof that with dedication and passion, anything is achievable.
