LeAnn Rhodes

LeAnn is the founder of Ethos Work Media, LLC, a creative studio born from her passion for designing meaningful media for children and curious minds of all ages. With degrees and careers in Political Science and Industrial & Systems Engineering, she brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and imaginative storytelling to every project.

Her first publications were inspired by the younger generation in her own family—five siblings and a growing crew of nieces and nephews who have become her first audience, her test readers, and her muses.

As a novelist, LeAnn loves exploring the dynamics of her personal life and weaving the questions that shape our world into her own science fiction settings. Her character narratives and world building are based on people and places meaningful to her. Her first publication was a medieval science fiction novel dedicated to her eldest nieces. Her next novels will be a ten-book saga with special dedication to each sibling, parent, and friends.

In-between writing novels, LeAnn enjoys developing educational puzzle books. These were also inspired by the growing younger generation in her large family. Each educational piece is crafted with a specific child in mind, making learning feel personal, joyful, and full of discovery.

Whether she’s building a fictional kingdom or puzzle book, her goal is the same: to spark curiosity and connection.
