ONE Design

I’m Michael — a passionate developer, maker, and hands-on problem solver,

someone who experiments, fails, improves, and ultimately finds solutions that work.

ONE goes back to my first RepRap project in 2017 — a self-built 3D printer that was more than just a machine: it became a symbol of beginnings, of making, learning, and continuous improvement.

Since then, the “ONE” logo has been part of all my designs and projects, most of which I create out of personal need.

In addition to 3D printing, CAD, and CAM, my focus has been on working with wood and concrete for many years.

Not as separate disciplines, but as tools that complement each other.

Under the label “ONE Design”, I create practical guides and DIY construction manuals that show how technology, creativity, and craftsmanship come together.

All projects are workshop-tested, clearly explained, and designed to inspire both beginners and experienced makers alike.

My books are meant to encourage people to try new things and take ideas into their own hands — true to my motto:
