For more than three decades, photography has been the language through which I’ve explored the world—sometimes with precision, sometimes with wonder, always with a quiet reverence for the stories that live in light and shadow. My creative journey has taken me from traditional studio portraiture to the contemplative pace of large-format film, glass plates, and fine-art explorations.
What continues to draw me in is not just the image itself, but the stillness that surrounds it—the moment just before the shutter clicks, when something unseen stirs beneath the surface. That space between presence and absence, between what is revealed and what remains hidden, is where my truest work lives.
In recent years, my practice has evolved beyond the purely visual. Poetry, landscape, and personal reflection have intertwined with my photographic work, allowing me to approach storytelling with a more meditative honesty. I am less interested in control now, and more in listening—listening to the land, to memory, to silence, to the creative current that moves through all things.
My hope is that the images and words I create invite others to slow down, to breathe, and to find their own still paths through grief, beauty, and becoming.
