Sarah Holland

Hello, I'm Sarah Holland, the founder of the flower pressing studio Meadow and Thyme, and author of The Pressed Flower Handbook. I'm based in Worcestershire, England, and I lovingly grow all of the flowers that I use in my pressed flower artwork in my own garden. Every flower I work with is carefully pressed using traditional flower presses; it's a very mindful and calming process. I'm so excited to share all of my knowledge of traditional flower pressing and creating with pressed flowers with you.
