Blaise D'Souza is a writer and peer support advocate whose work explores the intersection of faith, mental health, and the quiet, hard-won work of healing.

Drawing on his own decades-long journey through serious mental health struggles, he writes with honesty and deep compassion, exploring a question many people carry in silence: "Am I bad, or am I mad?"

His search for answers took him through many seasons of life — from Catholic retreats and a prestigious PhD program in America to some of the hardest years of his life, wrestling with addiction. Through it all, he held on to faith, and slowly found his way back to hope. He is the author of the following:
