Throughout this journey, my desire to succeed has shielded me from negativity and helped me stay resilient. My only goal was to help others by sharing the knowledge that changed my life. I chose to do this through a medium I have loved since I was a child: the book. By joining my two passions, helping people and reading, this project was born.
Determination is the key to success, and my own resolve was built during the most difficult time of my life. I believe that suffering can make you stronger. When you have nothing to lose, you are forced to be more creative and work harder. This removes the fear of risk that often holds people back.
Most people hesitate because their mind wants to keep them safe from financial loss or failure. With nothing to lose but my reputation, I pushed myself to the limit. Usually spending 8 hours a night after returning from work writing, learning and researching the book industry, driven by a necessity that only exists when you have no safety net.
This is why Time to Love Your Brain is destined for success. I am certain that every reader will be better off for having read it. The book is full of positivity and is designed to be shared. Knowledge is only powerful when you actually use it. My book works because I tested these methods myself during the hardest times imaginable.
What makes this book different is that it is not based on theory, but on real results. My own survival is the proof. My wish to help others came even before I decided to write; the lessons in these pages helped me survive trauma and then helped me thrive.
I do not just hope the reader will benefit; I know they will. True ‘knowing’ comes from experience. You can only be one hundred per cent sure of something when you have lived it, and my life is the evidence.
Time to Love Your Brain is unique because its positive message was born out of deep despair. This shows that even our hardest experiences play a role in our growth. My inspiration came from the struggles I faced in 2019, which taught me a great deal about how people behave.
During this project, I noticed that few people offer help while you are building something from nothing, yet many want to be involved once you are successful. This side of human nature fascinates me. I have always been determined, but finishing this book revealed a level of strength in me that only appears when you are driven by a true purpose.
