Marty Kaiser’s lifelong fascination with electronics began at age 12 when he started building amateur radio equipment, a passion that shaped his career. He has held amateur radio call sign W3VCG for more than 70 years. His early work led him to RCA Laboratories in Princeton, New Jersey, where he developed advanced image conversion devices, including very low-light image intensifier orthicons, and authored numerous technical publications. He later founded Martin L. Kaiser, Inc. He is a charter and life member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators. Today, Marty shares insights from decades working at the intersection of advanced technology, national security, and government contracting.
