Victor Bullara

Victor (Vic) has 35 years’ experience, which includes 19 years as an HR practice leader for Ernst & Young, Korn Ferry and Development Dimensions International. Vic's subsequent, direct corporate experience of 25 years included HNTB Inc., (Division HR Director), Wipro (VP Human Resources) and ZLand (Chief Human Resources Officer).

He has coached, developed and mentored 450 senior leaders and seven CEOs of a variety of companies. He is a co-author of the #1 best-selling book “Cracking the Rich Code” which was endorsed by Tony Robbins who described the book saying “success is predictable if you know what determines it. This book offers some valuable entrepreneurial insights that will strengthen your life, your business and your effectiveness.” Vic has a degree in Psychology and Organizational Behavior from UCLA. He is a certified Master Coach, and a Certified Winslow Dynamics Consultant. He is also a certified Blindspotting Coach. He is an Executive Coach to MBA students at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. He also taught HR and leadership courses at UCLA and University of California Irvine for 8 years.
