Joe Kidd is the pseudonym for Joseph Bellis. I am a semi-retired autodidact with over 55 years of business experience in multiple industries and a knack for political interests. I was America First before there was the MAGA movement, and I have pushed conservative principles for over 40 years. My first involvement in politics was in 1963, the early days of the Goldwater Presidential campaign, volunteering in the AZ campaign headquarters. In high school, I was mentored by former President Truman, having met him at his library while researching an assignment on his views on dropping the Atomic Bomb. His influence made me the conservative I am today and emphasized the conservative movement's values and the challenges posed by the liberal wing of the Republican Party. In 1996, I worked on the Buchanan Campaign for President. Here, I cut my teeth on the America First movement, began writing policy documents, and penned my first political position statements, which became the platform for my various campaigns from 2000 through 2010. Working in a very liberal industry, I began using the Joe Kidd alias to keep my political thoughts separate from my business activities. President Trump’s stand on the issues mirrored my own, and I fully support his vision for our nation and the MAGA movement.
