Lisa Marie Stringer

Lisa Marie Stringer is the founder of The Mental Cookie™, a sanctuary devoted to the healing, softness, and empowerment of Black women. As a Black woman living with bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD, Lisa Marie turned her own journey of struggle and survival into a mission to ensure no woman has to suffer in silence the way she once did.

Known as The Voice of Soft Power, Lisa Marie creates books, workshops, and soulful projects that weave together mental wellness, spirituality, and softness as strength. Her writing invites women to embrace healing as sacred work and to see becoming as a lifelong journey.

From her home in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lisa Marie continues to expand her creative legacy through writing, music, couture design, and the parent company HERSIGNIA™. She is a proud mother and grandmother, dedicated to leaving a legacy of healing, love, and possibility for future generations.
