Stephanie Hernandez

Stephanie Hernandez lives in Michigan with her wonderful husband, their sweet, happy son, and two golden retrievers who keep life delightfully busy! Her pups are pros at stealing socks, collecting toys, chewing antlers, going on long walks and runs, and curling up for the best snuggles.

The youngest of four, Stephanie grew up with the world’s most loving parents and a home that was never without a golden retriever or two. While other kids carried stuffed bears, she clutched a stuffed golden retriever—a childhood friend she still has today.

Stephanie earned her degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and later a master’s in Business from LeTourneau University. Today, she pours her love for animals, family, and storytelling into her children’s books, bringing to life warm adventures filled with joy, imagination, and a little golden retriever mischief.
