S. Shekhawat

Dr. Shubham Shekhawat is a doctor and poet whose words are born from the quiet corners of long nights, crowded streets of Delhi, and the tender ache of memory. His debut collection Delhi, In Second Person gathers poems written over two years—moments of loss, longing, healing, and rediscovery—woven into the city he now calls home.

Through his poetry, he explores the intimacy of love, the inevitability of grief, and the resilience of the human spirit. When he isn’t in hospital wards, he is often wandering through Delhi’s narrow lanes, capturing fragments of life, language, and belonging.
