Kathlyn Harrison

Kathlyn Harrison is a former primary school teacher who now loves to travel and write. She has written about philosophy for children and is co-author of ‘Philosophy with young children-a classroom handbook’ (2007). She also likes to write short stories, many of them drawn from humorous experiences in her life. Her story ‘In the dark’ was published in the anthology ‘Our Inside Voices’ Reflections on COVID-19, in 2020. In 2022 she contributed a trilogy of stories to ‘Short & Sweet’ an anthology of food themed short stories, taking a philosophical approach to them. Now she has written a memoir of the time she chose to be a nun and then the time after choosing to leave the Convent life behind.
